The 20 minutes’ short film Proxima-B covers the topic Artificial Intelligence. More precisely, the story describes a situation many light years in the future, when humans and machines will live together. The consequence might be unpredictable. The story is about a human lady and an Android lady going on an expedition together. But instead of being the human’s assistant, the Android lady becomes her competitor, which turns into a tragic ending.

Inside the spaceship, the actors often walk along a corridor. A futuristic running light follows them. It has several shapes represented by mathematical curves. The light focus’ position can be moved remotely by dragging a slider on a tablet.
