Brief

RITTER SPORT is a German chocolate brand. My living flat share and I took pleasure in decorating our flat with RITTER SPORT packings in a creative way. The taste of many RITTER SPORT flavors is very timeless. This is important if you need a lot of chocolate (and I do 😀 ).
The chocolate bars’ packings are square and available in many colors.
If you scale the packings down a bit, you have big colored pixels which you can use for graphic design experiments.
Yes, you need quite many packings, but I don´t need too much time for making them empty 🙂
I like doing experiments with packings of traditional brands. In the past, I did a couple of things with Tic Tac cans. Moreover, my bed at home is covered by Ahoi Brause bedlinen.
I wanted to test what tinkering with RITTER SPORT packings looks like, so I have collected empty (cleaned!!) packings for more than three years. Then the design craziness started in my flat share.

Eventually, I uploaded some pictures on Facebook, then RITTER SPORT discovered us and made an interview with us. See below.

Some highlights are our Pacman kitchen table, our Bavaria Wall, our world map and our toilet door. Occasionally I also design packings for fake flavors.
